Duiken op het huisrif<\/h1>\n

Direct voor onze deur ligt een prachtig koraalrif, klaar om ontdekt te worden. Ons zogenaamde huisrif herbergt veel verschillende critters en vissen. Ook na meerdere duiken wil je nog een keer terug voor een nieuwe duik. Duiken op het huisrif is iets dat elke gast minstens \u00e9\u00e9n keer moet proberen tijdens hun verblijf in Lumbalumba Resort<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Het huisrif loopt schuin af rond onze steiger. Er zijn prachtige harde koraaltuinen, puinplekken waar veel beestjes leven en we hebben ook een kunstmatig rif (rifballen) op ongeveer 16 meter diepte. De rotsen die de steiger vormen zijn een veilige haven geworden voor veel vissen en porites harde koralen groeien overal in overvloed. Er zijn al prachtige koralen direct onder de boot en in het ondiepste deel vind je zeegras.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Met of zonder duikgids?<\/h2>\n

Huisrif duiken kunnen met of zonder gids.
\nWe raden echter altijd aan om een gids mee te nemen. Zij kennen het huisrif erg goed en kunnen je meer bijzondere diertjes laten zien. Maar we begrijpen dat je graag zelfstandig duikt, zoals je dat misschien thuis ook doet.
\nPer bootduikdag kun je op dezelfde dag gratis een huisrifduik op lucht maken met je buddy (solo duiken is wettelijk niet toegestaan). Je moet wel voor 18:00 uur uit het water zijn.
\nNachtduiken zijn altijd begeleid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Dag- en nachtduiken<\/h2>\n

Dankzij de gemakkelijke toegang tot ons huisrif is het geschikt om op elk moment van de dag te duiken. Een reuzenstap vanaf onze drijvende steiger is altijd mogelijk, bij eb en vloed. Maar we hebben ook trappen gebouwd die rechtstreeks vanuit het duikcentrum het water in gaan. Nadat je je hebt omgekleed, loop je gewoon de trap af en begin je aan je duik. Dit is de gemakkelijkste manier om het water in te gaan, maar kan het beste worden gedaan als het vloed is. Bij eb is het nog steeds mogelijk maar moeilijker omdat het ondiepste deel helemaal droog kan staan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Overdag duiken op het huisrif is al een geweldige ervaring, maar 's nachts doen voegt er een hele nieuwe dimensie aan toe. Tijdens de nachtploeg verschijnen er andere critters en vaak zie je meer omdat je alleen maar op de straal van je zaklamp focust.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
