All Indonesia Arrival Card – Digital Arrival Card for Indonesia
Since September 2025, all travelers to Indonesia are required to complete a digital Arrival Card before departure: the All Indonesia Arrival Card. This is a mandatory online entry declaration where you provide your personal information, travel details, health status, and any customs information. The card replaces the old paper forms (such as the health declaration and customs form) and saves time upon arrival at airports or other border points.
You can complete this card up to 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival via the official Indonesian immigration website. After submission, you will receive a QR code by email, which you must present to immigration and customs upon arrival.
Official website for the All Indonesia Arrival Card:
allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id
Note: This card is free of charge and does not replace your visa — you still need a valid visa (e.g., Visa on Arrival or e‑Visa) to enter Indonesia.
There is also and app you can download on and Android or Iphone. Go to Playstore and download the All Indonesia app.
With the sometimes not working website, this is probably the best option.

e‑Visa on Arrival (e‑VOA) for Indonesia
If you want to obtain your Visa on Arrival before traveling, you can apply safely online through the official Indonesian e‑Visa portal. This electronic visa (e‑VOA) allows you to speed up entry and reduce waiting times at the airport.
Official Indonesian e‑Visa website:
evisa.imigrasi.go.id
Unfortunately do the sites not always work properly. It has to do with updates, overload and probably start-up issues.
But no panic. You can always get all you need also on arrival at your port of entry. It only takes longer.
But whatever you try, only use official government websites (ending in .go.id) to avoid scams or fake visa services.
